BOOKING

By making a booking, the first named person on the booking agrees on behalf of all the guests that the detailed provided are complete and accurate, and that he agrees to the terms and conditions.

PAYMENT TERMS

A 30% deposit (non refundable) is required in order to  complete and secure your booking (by bank transfer, you will receive our bank account details once we confirm your reservation). The rest of the amount will be paid as decided between the owner and the guest.

CANCELLATIONS

The 30% deposit is non refundable.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES

Check-in: 15:00 – 00:00

Check-out: 10:00 – 10:30

SMOKING

Smoking is not allowed.

PETS

Pets are not allowed.

DAMAGES AND LOSSES

Our guests are required to treat their selected apartment as their home, and leave the property and all its contents in good order and in an acceptably clean condition. Any damage or losses caused your stay, as well as any special cleaning requirements will be your responsibility. In cases of excessive or unacceptable loss or damage at any time during your stay we may require you and your party, including visitors to vacate our premises immediately, without compensation or refund.

Any damage must be reported to us prior to checking out.

ACCESS

The entire apartment (either our Holiday Home or our 2 bedroom apartment) and its facilities will be fully available to you during your entire stay. Our pool, the sun lounger area and the BBQ facilities are shared between your party and other tenants of our accommodation (if any during your stay).

NUMBER OF GUESTS

The number of persons (adults and children) staying at our accommodation must not exceed your apartment’s maximum capacity unless specifically authorized in writing.

PRICE FLUCTUATION

Once your booking is confirmed, the price of your reservation is fully guaranteed, even if we change the price after your booking has been confirmed. In return for this commitment, no refunds will be made for any exchange rate fluctuations that would otherwise reduce the rental cost.

COMPLAINTS

We will make every possible effort to provide a memorable stay. In case you experience a problem during your stay do not hesitate to contact us right away and while on location. We will do our best to address your issue. If no problems are reported to us during your stay we will assume that your experience was satisfactory and no issues occurred.

ACCURACY

We endeavor to ensure that all the information on our website is accurate. However occasionally errors occur and we reserve the right to correct details in such circumstances.
